Woin Private is designed for customer-controlled communication spaces. Customer messages, media, and call content are stored on the customer private server according to the selected deployment model, not inside the Woin Control Plane.

We may process account details, phone verification status, approved membership records, device information, operational logs, support requests, server telemetry, and service usage metadata required to operate and protect the platform.
Messages, media files, call records, and private-space communication data are stored on the customer private server. Woin does not use the Control Plane to browse, read, sell, or inspect customer messages or call content.
Woin is designed to support encryption for data in transit and storage-level protection for customer deployments. Specific encryption controls may depend on the selected hosting provider, server configuration, and deployment package.
The customer is responsible for protecting server passwords, SSH keys, cloud account credentials, admin accounts, and any access credentials issued by the hosting provider. Weak, shared, or leaked credentials may compromise the private server regardless of application-level protections.
We use information to create accounts, verify access, approve members, deliver communication features, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Administrative access is limited to authorized operators and customer managers according to their role. The Control Plane may show operational status, capacity, telemetry, and billing data, but it is not intended to expose private message or call content.
Data retention depends on the customer plan, deployment model, legal requirements, and operational needs. Content retention on a customer-owned server is governed by that customer deployment and its backup policy.
